Tracking Global HIV/AIDS Initiatives and their impact on the Health System in Ukraine – Final Report, June 2009.
The Ukraine team has just completed their final report “Tracking Global HIV/AIDS Initiatives and their impact on the Health System in Ukraine”, June 2009. This study – conducted by Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and funded by the Open Society Institute - has assessed the effects of the Global Fund on the health system at national and sub-national levels between 2006 and 2008, focusing on scale-up and access to HIV/AIDS services, human resources for health and coordination of HIV programmes.
